# How to activate EmotionsAI features To activate EmotionsAI features, please go to the [dedicated activation page](https://app2.abtasty.com/settings/emotion-ai). From there, you will be able to see the different EmotionsAI features, listed in the tiles. 3 statuses exist for each feature: * FREE: these features can be activated for free for a limited time. This activation can be done by any user by simply clicking on the “Activate insights now” button on top of the page ![](/files/47Gf4HMVqyYjL1W5Dcce) * COMING SOON: the features are under development and will be proposed soon. Free trials on short period can be discussed with Key Account Managers, so don’t hesitate to click on “Request full access” button and send them a message to spark discussion if you want to test it 🔥 ![](/files/yvTAbdham9Ah5gN84GS9) Once the “Activate insights now” button has been clicked, the last required step before magic happens is to refresh your tag.
