## Login

To access the **AB Tasty interface**, you need a company-specific AB Tasty account, which you can log in to with an email address and a password. Multiple users with specific access rights can log in to the same account. ### Logging in to AB Tasty <a href="#h_01ggd4zrnqcwm6mxps38qtj84a" id="h_01ggd4zrnqcwm6mxps38qtj84a"></a>

Each account is created by the AB Tasty teams, along with the profiles which are authorized to use the account and to log in to the platform.

### Receiving account access as a new user <a href="#h_01ggd502f3eaax59vrjgjydhf4" id="h_01ggd502f3eaax59vrjgjydhf4"></a>

When a new user is added to a customer account, they automatically receive a welcome email inviting them to activate their account.

### Google Sign-up and sign-in option <a href="#h_01ggd50f5pj4qt7x0jt5w064pp" id="h_01ggd50f5pj4qt7x0jt5w064pp"></a>

#### **Sign up with Google** <a href="#h_01hhej3bd9wsxzkecvhq9g5y13" id="h_01hhej3bd9wsxzkecvhq9g5y13"></a>

To sign up with your Google account, follow these steps:

1. Click **Activate my profile** from the welcome email
2. On the AB Tasty landing page, select **Google sign-up**
3. Select the Google account linked to your professional email address and click **continue** – you will be redirected to the experiments dashboard

#### **Sign in with Google** <a href="#h_01hhej3bd9v9av7fgm0ae03x5v" id="h_01hhej3bd9v9av7fgm0ae03x5v"></a>

To sign in with your Google account, follow these steps:

1. Go to the AB Tasty [***login page***](https://auth.abtasty.com/login)
2. Enter your professional email address and your password, then click **Sign in**
3. Or select **Sign in** from the **Google option**

### Password set up <a href="#h_01ggd50qmk1dx0mvzxm7jgd6pb" id="h_01ggd50qmk1dx0mvzxm7jgd6pb"></a>

To log in to the AB Tasty interface, follow these steps:

1. Click **Activate my profile** from the welcome email
2. Create your password and confirm it, click **Save password & Log in** to be redirected to the platform\\

Your password must respect all the following rules: 12 characters minimum, at least one lowercase character, at least one uppercase character, at least one number, at least one special character.

The process varies depending on whether you are using a **secure connection** (single sign-on) or a standard connection.

### Resetting your password <a href="#h_01ggd510bprkq6k6fa0znkxzdd" id="h_01ggd510bprkq6k6fa0znkxzdd"></a>

If you have forgotten your password, click the **Forgotten password?** link and enter your email address to receive a reset link and create a new password.

### Getting access to a new account <a href="#h_01ggd51d9sj4f54raen98txtsk" id="h_01ggd51d9sj4f54raen98txtsk"></a>

When existing AB Tasty users are granted access to a new account, they automatically receive a new account email inviting them to log in. To log in to AB Tasty, click the **Login link** in the email or connect via the login page [***https://auth.abtasty.com/login***](https://auth.abtasty.com/login)

The new account name appears in the account drop-down in the navigation bar.

## Logging in to the AB Tasty platform with SSO <a href="#h_01hhej3bd9tw4a9pgzvzcj1nja" id="h_01hhej3bd9tw4a9pgzvzcj1nja"></a>

For security reasons, your company may choose to use **single sign-on (SSO)**. This is a unique authentication system that enables you to connect to several platforms using the same email address and password.

### New email invitation <a href="#h_01hhej3bd95hgq58w1q9h3vzq3" id="h_01hhej3bd95hgq58w1q9h3vzq3"></a>

When a new user is added to a customer account, they automatically receive an email. To log in to this account from the email, follow these steps:

1. Click the Login button in the email – AB Tasty detects the domain of your address and automatically redirects you to your company portal
2. In the dedicated fields, enter your professional email address and password and click Login – if you have access to the AB Tasty platform, the test dashboard will be displayed\\

### SSO login <a href="#h_01j7h675j0rs4q6qgzk5wzpj5b" id="h_01j7h675j0rs4q6qgzk5wzpj5b"></a>

Once SSO is enabled in your AB Tasty account, you will have to log in via SSO.

To sign in to your AB Tasty account using SSO, follow these steps:

1. Go to the [**login page**](https://auth.abtasty.com/login) and click **Login with SSO**, or go directly to <https://auth.abtasty.com/ssologin>
2. Enter your professional email address in the email field and click **Sign-in**
3. You’ll automatically be redirected to your provider to authenticate or, if you are already authenticated, you’ll be redirected to the AB Tasty platform\\

## Multi-factor authentication (MFA) <a href="#h_01ggd51rkv51ra05smh7fqe3px" id="h_01ggd51rkv51ra05smh7fqe3px"></a>
