# How to manage algorithms

This feature is only available in Dev Mode.

Follow this step-by-step guide to create, manage, and configure algorithms for personalised recommendations or merchandising.

## Access the Algorithm Tab <a href="#h_01jdmg8gkvfbgrn546w2wtvfpf" id="h_01jdmg8gkvfbgrn546w2wtvfpf"></a>

1. Go to the Algorithm tab in the left-hand menu.
2. From this page, you can **add, modify, copy, or delete** algorithms used for creating recommendations or merchandising.

## Create Your Algorithm <a href="#h_01jdmg8m4mz1ekfd77z7j6s8dy" id="h_01jdmg8m4mz1ekfd77z7j6s8dy"></a>

1. Click on the **+ Add New Algorithm** button to create a new algorithm.
2. Rename your algorithm by editing the generic title at the top of the page. This will make it easier to identify later.
