# Key indicators over the period & Segment

To effectively evaluate the performance of recommendations, the audience is segmented into the following groups:

## Visitors <a href="#h_01jdmh6k66takwcgef2edxn8ht" id="h_01jdmh6k66takwcgef2edxn8ht"></a>

This group includes all visitors to your website, regardless of whether they see or interact with recommendations.

## Exposed Visitors <a href="#h_01jdmh6pc7fc6prdzx43cvgrad" id="h_01jdmh6pc7fc6prdzx43cvgrad"></a>

This segment consists of visitors who were exposed to at least one recommendation during their session on the website. They may have seen the recommendation but did not necessarily interact with them.

## Users <a href="#h_01jdmh6scjp7akh01083zrrgfw" id="h_01jdmh6scjp7akh01083zrrgfw"></a>

Users are visitors who actively interacted with one or more recommendations. Interaction is typically defined as clicking on or engaging with a recommendation.
